About Us

Built on the belief that good businesses deserve good partners.

Prospect Creek Group was founded by operators and investors who saw a gap: local service businesses with strong fundamentals and no clear path forward. We built a firm to fill it.

Our Story

Our story

We started Prospect Creek Group because we kept seeing the same situation: a business owner who had spent 20 years building something real — reliable revenue, loyal customers, a good team — with no obvious next step.

Most private equity firms aren't interested in businesses this size. Most brokers move too slowly and charge too much. And most owners don't want to sell to someone who will gut the company and flip it in three years.

We built Prospect Creek to be a different kind of buyer. We're long-term holders. We care about the employees, the customers, and the reputation the owner spent years earning. And we have the operational experience to keep growing what they built.

How We Operate

How we operate

Directness

We say what we mean. If a business isn't a fit, we'll tell you quickly and explain why. If it is, we'll move fast.

Long-term thinking

We're not flipping businesses. We hold for the long term and invest in making them better — better systems, better teams, better margins.

Respect for what was built

Every business we buy has a history. We take that seriously. We don't come in and change everything on day one.

Operational depth

We've run businesses ourselves. We understand the difference between a P&L and a real operation, and we bring that perspective to every deal.
